FutureWorkDay is the Swiss conference on new ways of working. In the SINN formula workshop, the participants immersed themselves completely in the topic of professional meaningfulness and experienced how they can use the SINN formula to reflect on their personal meaningfulness at work and develop a shared understanding of goals and values as a group.
